Each carrier remains isolated and owns its data. Access is revocable and stays within carrier permissions and driver consent. The current consultant portal provides status-only Fleet/DQ information, onboarding coordination, carrier-side reviews and activity history — not raw qualification files or automatic medical or Driver Abstract access. Organization verification is not certification of professional competence.
