Who can see it
Employers can see driver information only through a verified employment relationship or with the driver's explicit authorization for a specific reference request. There are no public profiles, ratings or scores.
Your rights
You can view every record about you, respond, dispute, request correction, and request access to or deletion of your data, subject to audit-retention requirements.
What we never do
We do not collect or allow filtering on union membership, political activity, ethnicity, religion or other unrelated personal characteristics.
