How it works

Verified, consented, documented.

DriverCore holds two distinct types of verified professional information — and drivers can see everything connected to them.

Professional credentials

Driver-provided licences, training, certificates and qualifications, which can be independently verified where supported.

Employment records

Employment information submitted or confirmed by verified employers and connected to a verified driver–employer relationship. The driver confirms the relationship, and it is verified with the date and the verifier recorded. Employers cannot claim arbitrary drivers.

Disputes & corrections

Drivers can respond to any record, dispute information, or request a correction. Submissions, updates and disputes are kept in a permanent audit log.

Reference workflow

  1. 1

    Carrier requests a reference

A verified hiring carrier selects the driver and the previous employer.

  2. 2

    Driver receives the request

The driver sees exactly who is asking and what will be shared.

  3. 3

    Driver authorizes release

Nothing moves forward without the driver's explicit consent.

  4. 4

    Previous employer is notified

Only verified employers with a verified relationship can respond.

  5. 5

    Standardized reference completed

Structured fields and one short factual comment — no ratings.

  6. 6

    $10 charged on completion

The requesting carrier pays only for completed references.

  7. 7

    Stored in transaction history

The driver, both companies and the audit log retain the record.
